Description

A mid century vintage Italian art pottery jug decorated with an applied apple and leaves with a bobbly textured glaze. Yellow and black vertical dashes.

Painted mark on the underside “Italy 2716”

Unsure of the maker. I have seen this type of pattern and shape attributed to Fratelli Fanciullacci.

Size –
15cm high
10cm diameter

Marks –
Painted on the underside.

Condition –
Small Glaze miss on one leaf.
Some random silver paint on leaves and apple.
No cracks or restorations.
Vintage item with some but minimal evidence of use.
